It was new and modern and clean. Bathroom was nice

Bed was hard, noise all night long. Fireworks and loud music and yelling. No a.c. in the bedroom. I didn't sleep a wink. The front desk gave no explanation of how the keys work and we couldn't get to our floor with the key We couldn't get in the beachside access after dark so we had to walk around in the dark and call an emergency number to get into in the building. It would have been nice of the receptionist to let us know all this when we checked in. I won't stay here again.

Rien d’exceptionnel pour un 5 étoiles , ont fréquente assez régulièrement les 5 étoiles À bon attendeur!!!

Non respect du règlement de Chartres (avec la présence de chiens petit et gros ) Ont nous a demandé des serviettes à notre départ ( insolant )

Noi am stat la apartamentul 814. Foarte curat, foarte bine plasat in 2 minute eram pe plaja. Ai tot ce-ti doresti in jur la cateva minute pe jos : parc de distractii, restaurante, magazine, autoservire… etc. In camera ai: prosoape pentru piscina, frigider, tacâmuri, vesela, placa de gatit pentru cei ce doresc. Pat confortabil. Parcare privata disponibila fara programare. Personalul foarte dragut

Canapeaua din sufragerie cam face zgomot cand te foiesti. Lipseste o etajera in dus sau un suport de pus produsele necesare.

Baseny są tu wartością dodatnią. Jest gdzie spędzić czas. Pokoje czyste i urządzone naprawdę dobrze. Polecam!

Na 8 piętro czasem jazda trwała całą wieczność. Dużo ludzi, lekkie zamieszanie czasem potrafi utrudnić szybki dostępny do lokalu... Cena wysoka w sezonie. Na bookingu po 2 dniach pobytu, trafiła się okazja na kolejne 2 dni w dużo niższej cenie. Niestety po rozmowie w recepcji na naszych oczach podnieśli te cenę zaporowo w górę i nie było już możliwości dokonania rezerwacji na bookingu w tej niższej cenie! (jak się coś pojawia to kupujcie od razu) nie pytajcie recepcji o nic - bo są nastawieni pazernie na zysk! Stracili klienta za tzw 100 zł.

We received a free upgrade. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped, very convenient.

Maybe add an espresso machine.
