Alezzi Infinity Aparthotel & Spa

After long research to find a stylish contemporary design hotel this was the only option I came across. The location is on Mamaia North which is a very good location infront of the beach and within walking distance to some great beach clubs. The lobby was very stylish, the roof pool is big and is what it should be - infinitiy! The best of all, the apartment. We got upgraded to the biggest apartment, it was very spacious with big living room and kitchnett, two comfy bedrooms with 2 equal sized bathrooms and three balcony doors in total in the apartment. The view was also very nice on the top floor.

It is a apartment hotel inside a residential building and not really a resort. check-in: I asked where the breakfast was and she just said no breakfast, I asked for where I can eat breakfast, she answered I don´t know... I gave up! The cool resort vibe is missing because they don´t have a roof top bar & restaurant. They have huge immense unused roof terraces which you can access but for what reason? A roof top bar or an in-house restaurant had increased my rating but without that service. You wish to spend your time in an external beach club with service and vibe. Staff at reception was not helpful with answering my questions and I think it was because of very bad english skills. I didn´t get any introduction to the property at all. You must carry your heavy suitcase up stairs to the lobby, didn´t see any elevator.
