Not at all Clean. Unclean towels. Did not provide water bottles. Exorbitant prices. Charge additional taxes on card payments. No elevators. Overpriced airport cab service.
IEAirport shuttle was good but 20 dollars is too much for the distance. 20,000 shillings would be enough. Rolex was good 😊 Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great Views of the lake and surrounding area.
I didn't like the fact I wanted to pay in Euro as I had booked in Euro and I was charged in Dollars at the hotel which I am sure will lead to another unnecessary bank charge. It is good to stay here for one night then move on.
