The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful

Nothing found approaching good. All bad that it is why i moved from there. I booked 2 nights but i stayed only 1 night. No problem i paid the two nights already booked 98$ What they posted in the medias are not true.

I was surprised to find that the hotel is full of dust, wiring everywhere, i booked for one room with a single bed but i put me in one room with three beds, elecrical hazards, no towels, no lights in the room, lazards passing from the room to the toilet, two tables with 4 seats only to accommodate clients for the breakfast and dinner. Please do the accessessment and you will see the true. All is false. Send someone to have look Note: i slept there because i was tired from traveling. The position of the hotel is excellent because facing to the river but management is very weak and lack of control is noted.

Phiona, Judith, Bruce and Alaine were the most wonderful staff. By the time we left after staying 2 nights, we felt like they were family. They were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. We came back at the end of our trip as it was such a good experience staying there. The location is great, just a short walk to Victoria Mall, the craft market and the botanical gardens. The garden that is lakeside across the street from the hotel is lovely. A great place to spend hours just relaxing and people watching. We will be back!

Nothing... it is quintessential Africa. If you are looking for over the top luxury this is not that but it is clean, safe, friendly and delightful.

Staff.... damn good especially Phiona (Manager) was quite forthcoming and approachable and that goes with the rest of the staff too.. Location.... Next to Lake
