It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and featured every desirable amenity. The king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing made it a peaceful retreat. Decor was elegant and well designed. A lovely aesthetic. It was easy to find, with free parking a short walk away. Room was well furnished and had its own country yard garden. Some advanced technology was not well installed eg lighting control panel fell off the wall.

Some fittings did not function

Room air-conditioning was woefully inadequate. Air conditioning in the lobby and common areas was non existent. Parking will be a decent walk away, so after carrying and rolling your bags to the hotel, it would have been nice to be greeted with a cool environment. Lobby must have be around 86F (30C). As we entered the room, it was the same situation. Room never got to a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is well designed and in a great location - you can see the main square down the street when you step out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well designed to maximise a small space. Nice outdoor seating / eating area. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a spa which we didn't have time to use - you need to book so worth doing this in advance.

It's difficult to part near the hotel (although you can make arrangements for your car to be parked), but once we knew where the hotel was and found a park a couple of hundred metres away - it was not a problem. Breakfast was about 45 min late one morning, although the next day was back to normal. It would have been helpful to have some tourist info / map at reception.

Good breakfast, nice town, very nice staff, confortable bed.

I had to pay extra money to wire the money because their postnet wasn't working. My room's window was facing a stone wall and it was a bit too dark. Both outlets next to the bed didn't work without a special adapter.
