Le Carasse Boutique Hotel

this boutique hotel was well beyond worth it! it was a beautiful property in the perfect location! the owner was so accommodating he even came to meet us down the street and drove us in our rental so we could figure out how exactly to get to the hotel and where to park. we were able to go to the beach club associated with their property called wonder beach club! it was so great! Catalina at the front desk was incredibly kind! so helpful and communicative- even shared her telephone number so i could communicate directly with her when not on the property. i really truly enjoyed this boutique style hotel, my mother, father and brother also enjoyed our stay very much!

the only thing that was tough was the weather in Bari at the time, it was very hot and the main gathering areas of the hotel were not very cool.

Amazing experience at Le Carasse this boutique hotel offer a true Apulian experience. The Spa is absolutely unbelievable and the breakfast is full of tasty local products, Altamura bread, cheeses, artisanal cakes, local salami.

The hotel is too good for the place where it is located. Apart from one amazing restaurant, there’s not much to do - main atractions are in Bari or in Poligniamo a Mare, both a 20 min drive away

The breakfast, location, staff and overall aesthetic

The rooms were very small. Sink outside of bathroom and glass panel on bathroom meant it wasn’t fully private

Good choice for breakfast. Mirian looked after us so well. Halfway through our stay new outdoor chairs arrived with cushions which made a huge difference. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Situation of the hotel good and near the main square. It was about a 25 minute walk to the train station.

We had no hot water in our room for several mornings but in the end Catalina managed to solve the problem so many thanks to her.. The spa looked beautiful but pricely at 50 euros per 90 mins. This did not include any treatments. Owner needs to rethink this for his guests as had it been cheaper for a shorter time session we would definitely have used it. Would be useful if the hotel provided a local map but we got one from the kiosk in the main square.

Limited choice for breakfast

Small, friendly and tastefully designed and decorated.Very helpful staff and reasonable price including breakfast.Comfortable room, bed and bathroom with all amenities. Good Location for a base.(30 mins from Bari airport) parking could be a challenge in high season,we had no problem in the small piazza up the road. Perfect place to base yourself when exploring Puglia with a car. Good selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep within walking distance as it is just off main square up a quiet street.

The spa is too expensive at 70 euros, most hotels charge 25-30 euros, even for exclusive use.

The personnel is what made our stay special, really good breakfast, the design of the hotel and the room was really nice too.

Well the hotel has no parking space , you have to pay extra for the spa and the gym when you have already paid a decent amount.

Brand new premises. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Definitely a place that i will be back.
