Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Allerdings sollte man das Frühstück verändern und Abstand vom Plastikgeschirr nehmen. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß!

Charmante ruhige Lage , riesiges Appartment , absolut ruhig und bequem. Wir waren zu 4. als Familie für 2 Tage im August in Siena. Von hieraus konnten wir die Umgebung super mit dem Auto erkunden und genossen die Abende in Siena. Das Hotel bietet: + ruhige Lage + riesige modern eingerichtete Appartments + Frühstück italienisch mit Cafè und Brioche, Obst Joghurt etc.. + Pool & Fitnessstudio ( beides toll zum Entspannen) + Parkplatz in einer Garage , + sehr sichere Anlage , immer Ansprechpersonen da. + wunderbar freundliches , zuvorkommendes Personal ! Beste Sprachkenntnisse, sehr gehobener Umgang und sehr zuvorkommend. Egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder die Reinigungsdamen, alle die uns begegneten waren sehr sehr freunlich. + gleich am Fuß des Hügels ist ein Coop.fi zum Einkaufen + Urlaubsambiente & Restaurants genießt man sowieo in Siena Altstadt oder umliegenden Orten und sonst kann man problemlos im Appartment kochen. Es sind grundlegende Sachen vorhanden, für exclusives gekoche wie in anderen Rezensionen bemängelt... 😉muss man sich halt selber besser ausstatten. + Handtücher, Bettwäsche Pflegeprodukte war alles vorhanden + es war bei uns sauber und gepflegt + wir hatten ein Appartment für 4 Personen im obersten Stockwerk , bequem mit dem Lift erreichbar. Man trifft hier auf ein modern eingerichtetes Hotel , gelegen in einem Park am Hügel gegenüber von Siena. Zu Fuß vl. etwas zu weit weg von der Altstadt (zumindest für uns) aber ganz easy mit Bus oder Auto zu genießen. Es gibt in Siena ettliche Parkplätze , wo man sogar mit der Rolltreppe bis ins Zentrum fahren kann. Für uns war es ein toller Stop auf der Italienreise , es war alles da was wir benötigt hatten und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Charmant waren die Nonnas beim Frühstück und am Pool die ihr Dolce vita genossen . Ich hab mir von den Bildern genau das erwartet, und war trotzdem positiv überrascht.

- uns ist vl. manches wie Wasserschäden an Wänden aufgefallen am Gang, allerdings betraf das weder unsere Wohnung noch unser Wohlbefinden vor Ort.

Se vi dicono che è possibile pagare la colazione in relazione al singolo pasto che consumate non ci credete, vi addebiteranno la colazione totale per i due giorni

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case I feel I must, so that others don’t make the same mistake. It is truly disappointing that a hotel charging this price offers such poor service and facilities. I booked through Booking and had already paid, yet upon arrival I was asked to provide my full credit card number. When I questioned why, the staff explained it was as a guarantee in case I caused any damage. Completely unacceptable. Moving on, the room itself was large and the hotel is fairly new. However, in 2025, in Italy, with temperatures of 35°C, it is shocking that the room did not have a fridge. Cleanliness was also below standard—there was visible dirt on the floor. Even worse, on the second day of my stay I received a “welcome message” from the hotel informing me that if I used the so-called “kitchen” (which consisted of two glasses and a kettle), the hotel was not responsible for cleaning them, and if I didn’t wash them myself, they would charge me €50! There was not even a trash bin in the room. So essentially, I would have to drink from a glass and just hope the previous guest had cleaned it properly. Hotels should provide a feeling of hospitality and care. Sadly, this hotel does the exact opposite. It is a shame, because the property is new and has potential, but it clearly suffers from very poor management.

Accès facile à la ville en bus.. Appartement spacieux et très grand. Piscine agréable Lieu étonnant avec beaucoup de seniors.

Dommage que les enfants dorment au milieu du salon qui n'a pas de volet ou rideaux occultants. Pas d'accès vers un balcon ou autre, dommage également.

Struttura molto grande e appartamenti spaziosi e dotati di tutte le comodità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

È migliorabile il sistema di tendaggi in quanto filtra molta luce. Inoltre sopra al nostro appartamento c’erano continui rumori di spostamenti abbastanza fastidiosi.

nulla, un pò fuori ma con i giusti suggerimenti dello staff ci siamo trovati benissimo

Il letto ampio, la piscina, il verde intorno, la zona silenziosa

La doccia, priva di chiusura, allaga facilmente tutto il bagno e mancano mensole per appoggiare i prodotti. La porta del bagno non si chiude, le tende non coprono del tutto e l’insonorizzazione della stanza è scarsa. L’arredamento è molto essenziale e alcuni tubi a vista emanavano un odore sgradevole

Everything was perfect and the room very spacious. Personal very friendly and helpful.

The room was huge but with no conveniences. There was no place to hang our swimming towels or our bathing suit to dry. Also there was no bin for general use.
