Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Appartement war sehr groß mit ausreichend Platz für das Gepäck. Der Gebäudekomplex ist riesig, daher können die Wege zum Restaurant oder zum Pool lang sein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, typisch italienisch, und wird ständig wieder aufgefüllt. In der Parkgarage sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Lage am Hang ist zwar schön, aber um in die Altstadt von Siena zu kommen braucht man zu Fuß schon ca. 20 - 25 Minuten. Das kann sich beim Rückweg den Berg hinauf schon ziehen... Wir haben uns einmal ein Taxi gegönnt, kostet ca. 10 - 12 €.

Em geral,óptimo desde os empregados às instalações....

Uma certa falta de comunicação na hora da reserva, uma vez que estaria incluído o café da manhã, mas uma vez finalizada a estadia foi me cobrado....

Ambiente ampio, silenzioso e moderno, con a disposizione piscina e palestra. Comodo per arrivare in centro a Siena in pochi minuti con la macchina.

Aggiungerei delle tende coprenti nella zona giorno per schermare la luce di primo mattino, fastidiosa per chi dorme nel divano letto.

"Magnifique et rafraîchissant!"

Superbe hôtel, chambres très spacieuses et joliment décorées La piscine est un plus non négligeable et nous avons apprécié de nous y baigner après avoir gambadé dans sienne! Le logement est un peu excentré de la ville mais elle se rejoint très bien à pied et il y a même un bus qui passe juste devant l’hôtel!
