"Victim of an assault on their premises."

I (female) was talking on the phone and was assaulted by a male guest in the dormitory. He snatch my phone. My safety was compromised and the male guest didn't received any consequences. A police report wasn't filed. The staff didn't take the incident serious. On their website they say they can accommodate a female guest to an all female dormitory room. But that is a lie. Very misleading information.

Helpful and lovely staff, great location, spacious room with view - highly recommended!

Only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the ventilator in the bathroom twice during my stay - not the fault of the hotel but rather of reckless guests. I hope that they charge anyone who dares to smoke inside.

Very new and nice design, there are no bugs and the service is perfect.

Position is a little bit far, my room had a bad smell coming from the sink
