their reservation staff was nice. i had to change my room cos i was not given what i requested but in the end the new room given to me was very good

Proximity to the event we were attending

Glass windows at the top of the doors which provided zero privacy in respect of noise. Being woken by a couple across the hallway screaming “I’m going to squirt” was not what we expected, nor easy to explain to our 8 year old son. Bathroom was provided with only two towels, when we asked for a third the housekeeping refused. Bath had no attachment to hold the shower head and was missing tiles. We requested an iron only after six calls did it arrive by a male staff member insisting to enter our room and then stating “you have this for ten minutes then I’m back to take it” Breakfast was too heavily policed, more so when several of us staying were dignitaries for a state event nearby. Evening staff in the main block restaurant spent more time chatting than serving. Very disappointing stay

Environmental was ok & location good ,customer care okay, swimming pool was okay very nice gardens around nature given fast chance thanks

No coffee at breakfast and didn’t have any coffee like espresso around tea wasn’t so hot from coffee machine
