Welcoming staff, quiet environment, Nice accommodation, good breakfast, green environment, sauna and nice shower rooms. Quiet nights, Band entertaining guests on Thursday , small shutles for people moving within the hotel is good and eases on people's movements especiall those with heavy luggage.

Price is abit high

The beds! The mattresses were so hard!!

A/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - literally a trickle. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it.

Did not like much about this hotel.

The service was very poor in the restuarant. We did not get the food we ordered. The kitchen was too far from the restuarant. The drinks we ordred had to be brought from another part of the hotel and took too long. We also did not get the right drinks. There was no choice for diet drinks. A very poor choice when there are a lot of diabetic people in the world. There was not enough room in the bathroom to put toiletries.
