Pangolin Nest Boutique Hotel

It was nice stay and completely safe, The staff was wonderful to visit with, views of the city as you were perched up pretty high.

The drive up to the location was not expected, but eventually we got used to the navigation, it is in a neighborhood so everyone is expected to bring headphones.

Terrible internet, complained all through my stay . Never clean the sheets . Best to eat outside. Just feel robbed

There is nothing to dislike. My only comment would be: as a solo traveller I found it a very lonely place to be. I was the only guest there at the time. It is also a 20 minute Boda Boda ride to downtown Kampala. This hotel is a fabulous place for couples who want a tranquil location in a beautiful setting (the garden is fabulous).

The service is very good. The staff are very caring to the clients needs. Shout out to Jackie, she handled us so well. The environment is very serene, yet it’s near town. Their food was very amazing too. I will surely book again with Pangolin nest hotel.
