The pillows are so fluffy! I enjoyed accommodation @ Four points. So comfortable. I requested for a quiet room as it can get noisy sometimes. Meals: delicious and great service by the staff. They undertake the menu quite well and are so helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel for travellers on business as the facilities are limited.

"Awful Food Experience an Inhumane treatment of guest by your staff."

Had an awful experience with the food when I ordered room service as got severe food poisoning and typhoid from eating my meal. Had to spend most part of my stay at a local hospital. Very unfortunate. I was brushed aside by your staff when I requested them for my breakfast to be brought up to my room.This was inhumane treatment.Additionally, your hygiene levels are awful. The doctors report confirmed severely contaminated food as the cause of my illness. This is the first and last time I will ever use your facility.

The menus are the restaurants are not amazing. The room service menu only includes Indian food in th evening
