It was my first time having a reservation with four points by Sheraton It was my birthday ARINDA GRACE🥰and all went well Nice food good people like AMERIA waitress gave us a reason not to visit other hotels MINUS four points by Sheraton 😍😍😍her outstanding customer care was very Wawoo so caring and she is a good communicator , she’s good to the clients We promise to come back once again and again. Thanks to the management as well for teaching your waitresses how to handle guests WE REALLY APPRECIATE🙏🙏 Four points to the top👌👌👌

The atmosphere is warm, the service is reliable, and it has truly become one of my go-to places in the city. I once hosted a major conference here — the launch of a new brand — and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The event was handled with such professionalism, and the outcome was a great success. I would also like to highlight my ongoing experience with one of the staff members, Fabian, whose customer service is outstanding. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care have made a lasting impression. Fabian’s excellence reflects the high standards of the hotel, and I commend him very highly. Overall, Four Points by Sheraton Kampala delivers not just quality facilities but also the kind of service that makes every visit memorable. Highly recommended.

Rooftop bar, gym & pool is brilliant. Rooms are excellent and finished to a really high quality. Staff were all friendly and overly accommodating with my young kids. Even surprising them with some small toys. Don't skip the vegetable paratha at breakfast.
