I really enjoyed my stay at the four point..the view on the rooftop was amazing as well as the food. The rooms was clean and confortable ...The all staff was very friendly and helpful...special thans to elizabeth , dikson and our driver Edward .

This Hotel just gives you the BEST experience. It’s got great sparkling rooms, drivers, and the staff was awesome (Elizabeth, Alvid, Primrose, Joan, Boni, I call her tiny Joan ‘aka Ceasar’). Not to mention this guy who appears to be the luggage handler Joad, who assisted me with money for a Boda Boda. He takes the trophy! What a gentlemen he was. Joan, thanks for helping me all the time with a smile. It was a great experience overall and will certainly book with you once again. Best place for me was the Gym and Pool…..

"Top hotel in Kampala"

Great location, relaxed but formal atmosphere. Very neat and beautiful rooms with good wifi and a smart tv. Fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant, gym and swimming pool. Very good service and friendliest staff! My favourite was dinner at El Jefffe on the roof. Thank you!

Very good business hotel but, they charge $40 per person for airport pick up or drop off so if you are sharing with your spouse or a work colleague the service cost £80 while if one travel on their own, it cost $50. Not eco-friendly at all.

Noise at night - either the pubs next to the place or some drilling in the hotel in the middle of the night
