Holmboe Apartment

Great location, easy to find and close to the centre Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless.

A small thing, but there was no instructions on how to use the cooker. I'm not used to a touch pad so found it a bit difficult to use.

- Comfortable and warm apartment - Good location, 10 minute walk to main square and supermarket 2 minute walk away. - Three good sized bedrooms. - Lovely place if you don’t ever need anything from the hosts.

- The hosts. We went for NYE, the hot water stopped on New Year’s Eve when we were all getting ready. I messaged on booking.com and WhatsApp, no one ever responded. - Finding the apartment. There isn’t a front door. You go through a black gate to the side. Instructions all very confusing. Host told us Level 1, first apartment on the left. It’s apartment number 1 on the ground floor. We spent 25 minutes trying to open different doors. Not what you want when you’re tired from travelling.

The bedding didn’t live up to the cosy pictures. Plain white starched cases and sheets. Pillows as plump as a postage stamp. Arrive late, no welcome pack. Shops shut.

The location was great! The apartment was lovely, with very comfortable beds and quality linen. There was plenty of seating for three adults. The hosts responded quickly to communications sent.

1. Access to the house was not on the same street as the address, which would not have been a problem if it had been communicated in the directions to access the property. 2. Even though the beds were super comfortable, our adult daughter could not sleep in her bed due to the loud parties that were held in the housing on the courtyard side of the property. All four nights, the parties went on until after 3am, and were so loud my daughter and I could actually dance to the music. She had to sleep on the couch every night. On our first night she awoke to a female intruder retreating from the loungeroom, and leaving the front door wide open.

Great location. Clean, quiet and comfortable

A little bit better directions to finding the keybox, we wandered around for quite awhile!
