Stunning views! Impeccable service! We went to many of their recommendations and each were precisely what we wanted. Private. Beautiful touches in the spacious rooms. Ideal location for Capri City, everything there surrounded the hotel. We extended an extra day to stay here longer!

Location, location, location. Palazzo M is a gorgeous little gem of a hotel perfectly located right beside the central Piazetta df Capri. Very modern boutique hotel with 8 v spacious rooms. I have never heard an air-conditioning unit to be so silently effective, lovely shutters kept the brightness out early morning and the bed is so comfortable. As well as being in the perfect location the service level matches. No ask is too much, everyone was delightful. Special shout out to Anna Manzo the hotel general manager who leads by example, such a lovely lady. We stayed for 3 nights having extended by an additional night due to the experience being so pleasant. In fact we would have stayed an extra night but unsurprisingly the hotel was fully booked. We were extremely surprised by our stay. One of the best, if not the best hotel in Capri. The staff are officially my favorite in any hotel all around the world. They were attentive, helpful, and extremely pleasant. They were like our Italian family in Capri. The rooms are massive! Even the smallest room is huge. They showed us a couple of rooms and we decided to upgrade to a bigger room, a duplex with a massive outdoor terrace. They ended up giving us a big discount since we were on our honeymoon. Not to mention the outdoor/terrace area was breathtaking and had an amazing view. I cannot wait to visit Capri again just to stay in the hotel. Sending love to the staff!

The kind hospitality from the staff especially from Alessandra and Silvia. Both of them were eager to make our stay wonderful The location was amazing, we would just go out of the hotel and we are in downtown capri, and the rooms were not noisy from the downtown noise The room was so beautifully designed and decorated and our view from the balcony was spectacular I will highly recommend my friends and family to stay here if they were planning to go to Capri

We had a very good experience at Palazzo M Capri. The hotel’s location is perfect (right in the center of Capri), the room was super nice and clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend it!
