Palazzo M Capri

Beautiful new clean hotel with am amazing view! You can't get a better location than this. It's right in the middle of everything. I would not recommend staying at the hotels by the beaches. This is a better location and only an 18 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent hotel right new the main square and funicular. East access to shopping, dining and activities, Very nice lounge seating and bar by Main Street. Luxurious rooms with wonderful view of the bay of Naples. Directly adjacent to Prada store. Very helpful staff to obtain dining reservations or play activities.

The view was possibly one of the best views in Capri. The deluxe suite was spacious and luxurious and the balcony and terrace area was amazing. The view of the clock tower and sea was also fantastic.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Next to taxis station. Very center. Our room was the best one and was huge. With pool.

The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The decor is great. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff were tremendously helpful and pleasant. There are only about 6-8 rooms, so the level of service was very high. The hotel was also very accomodating with our schedule and our needs for a shower on the day of our departure.

The hotel is not really complete. This winter, they will be adding a couple more rooms and a pool and other facilities. When this is done, the hotel will be perfect. Until then, it is less than perfect.

This was a perfect stay! Firstly customer service was impeccable. Friendly, pleasant and eager to help. The English was great which is very helpful for me. The all suite hotel is right in the middle of town adjacent to Prada but very quiet. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and complete. We had a jacuzzi suite where the jacuzzi was outside on a very large terrace. Comfy chaise lounges were perfect for an afternoon nap. Looking at the stars while soaking in the hot tub, listening to a band on the hill was the perfect way to relax after a family wedding in Positano.
