Grand Yard La Residence

The property was stunning. The bed was the comfiest I’ve had in a hotel in think ever. WiFi was really good. The staff (including Justin and Panha) were so helpful and attentive.

There was nothing. Just be aware for breakfast it’s a la carte in the low season and buffet in the high season.

Very clean,stylish and modern space! Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Phanha and Justin who went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care off! :) Kudos and huge appreciation to the staff!

Staff were lovely and very accommodating, they really made an effort to help make your stay as positive as possible. Room was spacious and the hotel has a nice atmosphere

Not many vegan options for breakfast apart from fruit. The photos don’t show that there’s now construction site next door which means there’s a big green cover as the view for most rooms & construction noise, this isn’t the hotels fault which I understand but it was a surprise when I checked in

Bad location. Poor service. Rooms are big but lots of mosquitoes and shower jel stinks badly. I asked them to have a call but they said they don’t want because it costs money. The reason they have good reviews because they asked me to write on check out. They were nice but get disappointed many times since it has lots of great reviews.

Very good location. We stayed in the pool access room, so even through it was very central it was nice and quiet. The staff were excellent, especially Justin and Panha. I would definitely recommend to others.

Modern, clean, good facilities and great attentive reception staff. They asked me to take a photo with them before I left which was cute, so I’ve included that.
