"Estancia excelente en Grand Yard La Residence"

El hotel es excelente, pero su personal lo es aún más. En todo momento estaban pendientes de que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos, y así fue. Aunque la ubicación pueda parecer no ser muy buena, ya que no está en todo el centro, la realidad es que está a 5 minutos en tuktuk, que por Grab no te cuesta más de $1.

Fantastic value for money! Room was very spacious and clean! Nice pool area to relax after a day exploring. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Hotel 5 mins drive away from centre. Use grab to order tuk tuk (very cheap!) highly recommend staying here!

"Exceptional"

La chambre est très propre et les lits confortables. La piscine est grande et propre et le personnel est très accueillant et souriant et on est accueilli par un très bon thé rafraîchissant à notre arrivée.

L'emplacement est un peu excentrique du centre ville et de Street Pub.

La atención del personal. Mr Reatrey fue muy amable. Es una zona muy tranquila y el precio esta muy bien para las comodidades que entregan. Si volvieramos a Camboya repetiriamos el mismo hotel. Muchas gracias.

El hotel un poquito descuidado. Muebles gastados, toallas un poco viejas pero la verdad que en general ha estado muy bien. Solo este aspecto por poder poner una pega

"A perfect smaller more personalized villa and a nice get away from the busy streets of downtown Siam Reap."

The staff was amazing. Everyone was polite and accommodating to my family. Requests were addressed immediately and everyone was taken care of. The rooms were comfortable.

The choice of artwork is questionable. Many of the large photos in the room included people looking into the room which caused some of the children to be scared. The hall ways can also be a little dark in the evening

Everything. The people, the location, the pool, the coziness and convenience of the place. Rooms were much bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. Value for money. Special mention to all the front desk staff and Mr.Reatrey from the restaurant for exceptional service.
