It was in a good location for me as I had been ill and in the hospital next door The facilities are excellent especially the restaurant and spa facilities The room spacious light and airy with good air con The most important features of this hotel are its staff from the hotel manager who is always visible and talking with guests, the guest experience manager Natalie is exceptional as is the restaurant manager plus everyone I came into contact with I was shown so much kindness and support at times it was overwhelming I needed a lot of help at first nothing was ever too much trouble

The only thing I didn’t like was the Glass door arrangement which is not floor to ceiling in the bathroom so a lack of privacy

Breakfast is ok. Location is fine. Employees are fantastic. Hotel is clean, new and comfortable. Rooftop is nice with a delicious kitchen.
