The stuffs are all kind friendly and helpful. The facilities are brand new modern and the mattresses are comfortable. The location is great.

I stayed there on countdown day to year 2026 on the 23rd floor which is above the sky bar and the party was so loud people were so crowdy. I could hear the music clearly and the sound vibrant shook my room floor and mirror until 12pm but voices were still there and finally the party ended at 1am so that I could sleep.

Beautiful hotel in a central location. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Great food and wonderful views of Phnom Penh. Room was very comfortable. Great staff at reception and so accommodating.
