Staff were very responsive to requests such as additional sheets, blankets, assistance with turning on lights

Stains on bathroom windows, mosquitoes (killed more than 20 mosquitoes in the main bedroom and my family and I were bitten more than 10 different times while sleeping). It may be because we were sleeping in the private garden villa. The kitchen was sparsely furnished (no dishware or cups) and the living room had one small sofa. The staff did say the would spray mosquito spray in the rooms but it was too late as I did not want my children exposed to the spray during our stay.

Alles, besonders das Lamm auf der Speisekarte war hervorragend.

Mir persönlich war das Personal zu unterwürfig, aber das ist Ansichtssache.. Und als Raucherin hat es mich gestört, dass man am Pool und auf dem Balkon nicht rauchen durfte.

great location a bit far from the city (that's an advantage imho), rooms are nice and comfy, good pool, tasty food, amazing staff, highly recommeded

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make my birthday stay special, thank you! Food was excellent, room was excellent - I would highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely villa and the staff were amazing, especially the lovely lady that served us each day for breakfast. Such an amazing hard worker always attentive to us.
