We traveled & stayed here with a family of 11 and everyone was happy with the stay. Although if there is any hiccups during our stay the staffs do their best to ensure we enjoy our stay. In specific would mention the staff by the name Mr Bobby he did a great job.

They could improve on their breakfast menu & presentation.

The room was very comfortable and the AC worked great as the temperatures were extremely hot. The staff were attentive and kind always going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool was clean and in wonderful condition.

The rooms are clean and staff are very kind and helpful esp. Bobby. Grateful that I was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room so more space! :) They helped us booked our tour guides too and van with driver to bring us to tourists spots. I would recommend to my friends and would love to come back again. :)

Just a minor one to make it perfect - please do something to get rid of the houseflies in the open dining. Though guests can opt to eat in the airconditioned dining room or request to have the breakfast delivered in the room. Other than that overall experience is really great!

I was thoroughly impressed by its beauty and the exceptional service. The check-in process was particularly thoughtful and delicate, with the staff taking the time to explain everything, including the Angkor Wat circuits. They also offer convenient tour booking options. The food at the hotel is delicious. I enjoyed one or two meals per day at the hotel's restaurant, and the staff were always flawless in their service.

Room and Cleanliness Issues Upon ordering a pizza, my room was overrun by ants. Despite being moved to another room, the ants returned. I had to relocate a second time and take extra precautions to avoid further infestations. Additionally, I was bitten by bed bugs and found spider webs in multiple locations. The exterior walls were covered with lizards, one of which even entered my room, making it impossible to use the balcony at night. The hotel's exchange rate was 4400 Cambodian riel per US dollar, compared to the standard 4000 riel elsewhere. Combined with already inflated prices, this felt exploitative. Laundry, meals, and services were significantly more expensive than in the city (For instance, laundry services were $4 per kilogram at the hotel compared to $1 per 5 kilograms in the city. Meals were nearly $10 each at the hotel, whereas similar meals in town were significantly cheaper. Manicure and pedicure services were $20 at the hotel, yet only $5 in the city). I understand hotel prices are more expensive per se... but 4x the price... meh, that's just exploitative. The heat in Siem Reap is intense, and the hotel did not provide air conditioning outside the rooms. The restaurant, reception, and other areas were uncomfortably hot, with temperatures reaching 42-45°C. The hotel's location in the Muslim quarter means you will hear the call to prayer regularly. Additionally, if you do not have a pool view room, your window overlooks a market area where I often saw skinny cows being beaten into tiny trucks—a distressing sight. The hotel was eerily empty during my stay. I was often the only person at the restaurant and pool. On one night of my 10-night stay, I noticed only two rooms with lights on, which was quite unsettling.

Amazing property on the outskirts of the main part of town! The pool is amazing, rooms are great staff is absolutely amazing. If you’d like to go into town a Grab tuktuk is only $1 to get anywhere.
