Location is perfect: 5-7 min walk to pub street and old market. But at same time very quiet place because of located a bit away from main road. Room was perfectly clean and had everything you need for comfortable stay.

The young lady in bar need to learn how to make coffee

We arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. There was 3 adults in a room but only 2 bath towels. No hand towels. No shower rug so the floor got wet. We had to leave for the airport at 6.45am. When down for breakfast at 6.15am and there was no breakfast even though they said breakfast starts at 6am. I have what's app messaged the manager but he still hasn't replied.

Super friendly staff, spacious room and everything very clean. Best accomodation Inhad during my Vietnam and Cambodia travels. highly recommended!!

The hotel is a bit outside the center so you can not just easily walk around but it's just a 5-10 minutes Tuk Tuk ride (~1$) to get to center

This was a great place to stay for $20. It’s not far from Pub Street and the Riverside Night Market. The place was clean, the room was really nice and had the amenities needed. Only dings were lukewarm water at best when showering, no tv set up at the time and spotty wifi. Otherwise, the place is absolutely worth $20 U.S. a night. I would stay again.
