Star Bay Residence

The pool and the view were my favorite things in this apartment. Wifi was also working well. Shower was good. Washing maschine was easy to use and worked well, just bring your own detergent !

The mattress was hard, only two thin pillows for 2 person. Studio is very small and bathroom is super tiny. There were not enough toiletries, coffee and tea for one week stay even for one person. Dish washing liquid was almost finished. There was a stove for one pot/pan, but I couldn't get it to heat up. There were minimal kitchen utensils, so the cooking would not have been successful. There were two sets of cutlery. I used the gym, but there was no air conditioning, only fans. There is no clothes drying rack or laundry detergent.

First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly

Staying at this condo in Sihanoukville was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the sleek, modern design and the bright, airy feel of the space. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic view of the ocean that we never got tired of – it felt like waking up in nice pleace every morning. The condo is perfectly located: close enough to the beach and vibrant local spots The building itself was secure and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed. What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the super comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay effortless. The pool area was also a lovely bonus, great for a quick dip before heading out to explore. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in Sihanoukville, this condo is a fantastic choice. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

The only downside was that the elevator could be a bit slow during peak hours, which was a minor inconvenience but nothing that spoiled our stay.
