The pool area and the view was nice. After searching the place for 1 hour, the Check in was easy.

We had a really bad time as there were bed bugs in the room. We noticed it in the evening when lying on the bed when one of them was biting my husband. Investigating the matress we found other bed bugs of different sizes, so they we're probably already in the second Generation. Shocked we packed our stuff immediately and called the host who did not answer or call back, but her reaction aftereards was verly disappointing: We texted her and asked her for a solution and told her what happened and her only reaction was "never happened before" and that was it. She never showed up or at least answered again, Not even offering any solution, a partly refund or another room, or help to find another place to sleep. Her reaction makes us wondering If she even knew about the Problem before. We felt verly betrayed and disappointed and had to look for another Hotel at almost midnight and pay double at the end. It is really scandalous that this place is still on booking and we can only warn everyone reading this not to stay there. Many things in the comments about this place are true: Badly equipped kitchen, trash in the building (but of course this Is not the Hosts fault), dirty Sheets (now we also know why) and host not communicative or helping. What a pitty. This really tops everything we have ever experienced while traveling. Thank you for our worse stay ever.

You must be lucky to get in, took us 1h. Nobody answers the Phone. Luckily found an english speaking chinese. It's not building 3.3, It's building 3.2 with watchman who wont let you in Its a private owner, no hotel, no reception. They charge extra 9 euro for cleaning. 1 toothbrush for 2 people.
