NOTHING. WORES PLACE I STAYED IN MY ENTIRE 8 MONTH TRIP AT SOUTH EAST ASIA.

Andy. I don't get how with all these bad reviews, still showing 8 plus ratting? He has no respect to his guests at all. Very rude.stay away from this place. He is a big lier and scammer. Disrespectful and un professional. A big thief. Sitting in the lobby from 7 in the morning till 11 at night with his sunglasses on. Don't even think staying at this place or if you do you will regret and see why I was writing this.i traveled in 9 countries in south east Asia in 8 months, this was the worse place i stayed. He told me I have option to leave but no refund.

amazing room, was very clean and especially the bathroom was really big. Even had a balcony! Would totally go there again.

Ac, room, price, no hidden costs, bath tub, pool, bug room. Very much comfort for 12-13 dollars.

No refrigerator...5% extra if you want to pay by card, currency change policy from 4150 riel/per dollar. Think you should be able to pay in the official currency of a country without any add up. Can't be cheaper to pay in USD than in riel... Shampoo and shower gel not so high quality

Best place in Siem Reap. Come back to stay there each year

Andy. Stay away from this rude guy. He is sitting at the lobby all day. He is the owner.this guy doesn't know what is the meaning of respect. I reserved for one night on booking . Com and when i arrived I asked him can I book for 4 more days. He said we are full. When I checked on booking and showing 4 rooms available. He said booking . Com is making mistake.anyways i booked and that was my biggest mistake. Becouse i didn't realize that Andy is scammer. The door lock was not working i had to leave it unlocked everyday I was going out. I asked him can you fix it, he told me the guy is not available to fix it until next week.(i don't understand there was no other locksmith?) Aur conditions not working. No hot water. Insects and cockroges everywhere. Bad smell from the swer coming.all the pillow cases and bed shits full of dirty spots. Never wash them In 5 days they never changed my towels and never cleaned the room. Room too hot Becouse aircondtion very weak. When i told Andy he told me that I have option to leave but no money refund. I don't understand with all the bad reviews (specially for Andy the big thief)why still showing this place is 8 plus rated????? Please read all the bad reviews before you book this place. Not like me just read only the good reviews which I bet he paid for all of them or his friends and family put those reviews. For you. I traveled 9 east asian countries and here was my last one before I go home. I never had such a bad experience and never been in any places not even close to this place.he said he lost his hotel in Philippines and he came to cambodia now. O wonder he lost his business. The way he treats his customer. Very scary person.and I don't understand why he never takes his sunglasses off. In the lobby and at night. Something looked fishy to me.
