I had a great stay here! The staff was helpful and the room was clean, everything I could ask for. The best part was that they offer in-room massage services, which was amazing! I love that they name each room after a different temple. I would recommend this place to others!

Great location. The owner is awesome. The staff is very helpful. The mattress was decent. The wifi was great for expat work.

There was no lift and the room I was given was on the 3rd floor (called 2nd floor in Asia). I am a senior with asthma, so that wasn't a good option for me. Not the hotel's fault. I should have checked for a lift. They had a ground-floor room, so they had it cleaned and gave it to me. excellent customer service. The room really isn't anything that should be rented to guests. the windows are behind the bed and face a wall, as does the small patio. the door and windows had gaps, so insects and lizards were constant roommates. There was no top on the toilet tank, I had to reach into the tank to flush the toilet. shower was a bit scary. all and all for the price, I guess you get what you pay for. I am convinced the room they had planned to give me was very nice with windows. I didn't make it to the third floor to know. checked out early and moved to a resort. if you are on a budget, it is a great option.

DON'T STAY AT THIS SLUMLORDS PLACE. Andy threatened to sue me if I left a review stating a dog bite incident that happened about 5 feet from the entrance to his place. Well go ahead and try Andy, I'm leaving the review. Got bit in the foot by the dog from the house next door, checked out and immediately went to the hospital and had to get a rabies shot on the insistence of the doctor and need 3 more shots over the course of two weeks. I moved to another place as I didn't feel comfortable going back and asked Andy for a refund and he never gave one. I sent him a message the next day letting him know if he doesn't refund, I'd be giving him a review that states the dog incident (i did not state good or bad review, only mentioned that it would state the dog bite). He told me it had nothing to do with him, I should have contacted the authorities instead (I'm a western tourist in Cambodia that doesn't speak Khmer dude...in a land with nonexistent dog laws) and ended it by him calling me despicable if I left a bad review for not refunding me and SAID HE WOULD SUE ME for the review. He's a real peach. He is correct that it's not his fault, but refunding and only wanting a guest to stay that feels safe after a bad experience is just common human decency. 95% of hotel owners and Airbnb hosts aren't like this. When the only thing one cares about is money, hospitality and decency go out the window when it's most important to show it. If he would have provided a refund for the remaining 5 days of my booking and showed hospitality in the face of an unfortunate situation, I'd give 4 stars as the place is decent for the price (intense flickering lights in the bathroom, toilet seat and sink faucet have no molding around them and comically wonky, and only thin sheets for blankets) and he was initially kind, and I'd just warn about the dog from the blue gate house next door. But it was lowered to the least after this exchange.

Best value for money in all Siem Reap, you have the pool were you can relax with a beer, you have local street food, stores, on the same street. The Pub street it’s very close to this place, like 6-7 minutes walking. Also pretty close ( 7km ) to Angkor wat. And the best thing, the owner it’s the coolest and nicest person you will ever meet. He helped with everything, book tickets for all trips. Definitely a pleasure staying here.
