Andy's Place

It was like being at home. We stayed in the Angkor Wat room. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Separate shower and toilet. Shower pressure was good. Balcony was a good size. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for an extra 7nights. Great location. Bike hire available on site which was very handy. Staff helpful. Andy gave us some good recommendations on restaurants and tourist information.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated place with a lot of care put into it. Service was excellent and a lot of information was provided about visits to ankor watt. My room, the only one on the third floor, was very hot due to sliding doors and windows not sealing well and an entire afternoon of sun coming through the giant glass which provides a good view, but also radiates a lot of heat. Air conditioner functionality was minimal. perhaps a different room would be cooler. Lots of street noise so be aware light-sleepers.

The location is close to the main streets (resto, night market, pub, massage within walking distance) Andy and the staff are friendly and willing to help. The deluxe room is good. The sleepers and bathrobe in the room. The room style is nice and it is comfortable

The smell from the water evacuation in the shower / bathroom The fridge in the bathroom The overall cleanliness of the bathroom Complementary water only the 1st day Certain elements of the hotel are not ageing well (wood door frame or furniture in the bathroom) In the other double room (standard or large economic one, I don’t remember how it is called), there was no fridge + no bathroom door + entrance door locker was a bit loose or difficult to work with. Swimming pool is small and really in the hotel entrance and directly overlooking the street so not really a plus for the hotel

Andy's Place is exceptional. For the price you won't find better in the world. I 've used Booking.com in over 100 countries. Each room is unique. Spacious, beautiful decor ,clean,aircon ,good wifi,coffee and tea making facilities.Absolute value for money. lovely clean swimming pool at the front.Andy the owner is fantastic guy.So friendly and helpful. Has some great tours at best prices. Rents great motorbikes in top condition. If you stay here I guarantee you will love it.Also the location is so close to main centre.You can walk in 5-8 min.But away from the noise and loud music.Andy is a wealth of great information and advice. This is top rated by me. AAAAA+++++

Amazing staff, very attentive, great recommendations, informative, just super helpful in every way. Lovely room, big bed, nice balcony, nice bathroom. Amazing location, short walk to pub street and night markets.

Only downside was slow/no wifi
