Le seul point négatif est le Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien

Communication with the property was very poor. Upon arrival, there was nobody at reception, and we had to wait nearly an hour to receive check-in instructions despite calling approximately five times. The room itself was disappointing. It was very warm upon arrival, and there was sand on the floor throughout the room, suggesting housekeeping standards could be improved. The air conditioning would automatically shut off during the night, forcing us to wake up multiple times to turn it back on due to the heat. The TV was also malfunctioning, randomly raising or lowering the volume on its own and occasionally not turning off. The biggest concern was the room door. There was a noticeable gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, allowing light, noise, and conversations from the hallway to come through easily. More importantly, the door did not lock securely, and we felt uncomfortable enough that we placed our luggage against the door before going to sleep to feel safe. Overall, the stay was noisy, uncomfortable, and fell short of expectations, particularly regarding communication, maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
