Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only

I will say Princess Senses Mangrove resort was a great experience and highly recommend. It’s definitely slower paced and quiet. Good was great with top shelf liquor. I would say they should incorporate more activities in the day time to keep guest entertained. I stayed in the Oclub, very intimate, perfect for a honeymoon. Also the customer service is 5 stars across the board. I would say the property still has some areas under construction but with time this place will definitely be a hot spot. I also had access to the Princess Grand side which is the family side and again I was impressed and will definitely be back with my kids.

This was by far the best resort I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The beach was stunning, the food was delicious, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. One of the highlights was how accommodating the resort was with halal food—they truly made sure we were well taken care of, which we deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Honestly, I have no complaints. If I had to mention one tiny suggestion, it would be to increase the frequency of the buggy rides—but even that didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience.

Every thing was excellent they just need to train service at the pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Princess Senses. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We frequented the gym facilities - which was akin to a smaller Equinox gym - and enjoyed the Pilates and yoga, and circuit training. Also the resort was not crowded and we had no difficulty getting seats by the pool. There are about 14 restaurants, we made it a goal to visit at least 10 of them - food was amazing across the board and only the Tappenyaki restaurant required reservations. It felt like the resort was being cleaned 24/7 because staff were always at work. We had a couples vacation this time around, and can’t wait to bring our kids to Princess Grand next year. This resort was spectacular. Any grips I would highlight would only be knit picking, all in, we had an amazing time.

Amazing stay

During our stay, our toiletries, towels and refilling the refrigerator were not replaced throughout our stay. The most problematic was finding a sweepes seltzer soda filled with alcohol. My friend had a stomach ache wanted to take seltzer water to help Instead encountering alcohol to her mouth which caused a reaction. We spoke to the general manager and put in a complaint. This issue has occurred during the week of April 14-17 and yet nothing about this incident. I written three emails to the manager regarding the follow-up, no reply and no response to this date. I would like to continue to advocate to other potential guest to be careful about the bar in your room.

We just left a few days ago and had an amazing time! We staying on the senses side in a swim up suite in late May and really thought the resort felt a little empty. It seemed like most people stayed on the family side and I enjoyed that - there was no fighting for chairs at the pool or beach, no waiting to get a table at dinner etc. Weather was perfect while we were there, high 80’s most days the only down side was it did rain pretty much everyday from like 2-6pm. Staff was extremely nice and the resort seems very clean and luxurious. We enjoyed majority of the food and id say it was better than a lot of other resorts that I’ve been to food wise. 10/10 would come again.
