I had an amazing experience here . I love the ambiance the staff was friendly and courteous. I also appreciate the fact that there was a lot of lounge area...I love the food selection.... entertainment was great..

Property by far was the most beautiful, clean, stunning and breathtaking at every step you took. Amazing decor and restaurants were something out of this world. Although everything was perfect and jaw dropping, the staff was by far the best. My favorites were Dacia from Guest Services, Sasha-Gaye from the Buffet, Myles from the Entertainment crew and Craig from the front desk. I have traveled the world and this resort has excelled my expectations by far.

Incredible First-Time Stay — Highly Recommend! I was told this resort is relatively new, and it does have that fresh, modern feel. I booked it to celebrate a birthday and had a few special requests I wanted to lock in ahead of time — and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was respectful, friendly, and eager to help. Through phone calls and text communication, they helped arrange several thoughtful experiences in advance: a beautifully decorated room upon arrival, a romantic dinner on the beach with the sound of the waves (plus complimentary champagne!), a relaxing spa day, and a private beach cabana. Though it was my first time coordinating something like this internationally, Jason from Princess Senses made it all easy. He followed up as my trip approached, checked in once I landed in Jamaica, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. The food — especially dinner and the hibachi spot — was definitely a highlight. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded expectations. Honestly, I didn’t even get to explore everything — the resort is massive! Between the restaurants, coffee spots, clubs, and multiple pools, I’d probably need at least 10 days to take it all in. Princess Senses has definitely earned a top spot on my list of places to stay in Jamaica. I’m still riding the high from the experience.

Food at the buffet restaurants are always cold Food at some restaurants are a hit and miss Beach isn’t so great No remote nor iron in room and housekeeping staff took more than two or more hours respectively to bring both of the items on separate occasions. We had to go to dinner with crushed clothing Limited streaming options. Would’ve been nice if we could’ve signed into streaming services such as Netflix or HBO max since live TV was rubbish No travel sized toothpaste in the room

Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great stay. For sure we'll be returning soon, probably with our kiddos to the grand side. Highly recommend! Oh, and book platinum, you won't regret it 😏
