Food was good throughout. The location is great! Customer service was exceptional!

Better communication in some instances. We got lost many times. Also, when I modify the booking they took a very long time to respond, in fact, I had to reach out them directly to make the adjustment. It was then that it was done.

Tenía buenas instalaciones, todo está muy nuevo y cómodo, las comidas también fueron de muy buena calidad, y los tragos excelentes, todos los bares contaban con tragos de primera. Pero lo mejor fueron nuestros mayordomos (servicio Platinum), Pierre y Chris son lo máximo! Desde el primer y hasta el último día nos asistieron en todo, absolutamente todo, fueron muy respetuosos y cercanos… las personas siempre hacen una gran diferencia en el servicio, Chris y Pierre consintieron a toda mi familia 😊

Creo que faltan más instalaciones para actividades recreativas (dado la lejanía con las ciudades y atractivos turísticos de la isla), por ejemplo un mini golf, centro de juegos familiares, etc. Lo otro es que deben asegurar ser rigurosos con el servicio de reposición de toallas y ameneties en las habitaciones, más de una vez tuvimos que solicitarlo, son detalles de los cuales no debemos estar preocupados los huéspedes. Sin embargo nuestros mayordomos siempre estaban muy atentos y al pendiente para asistirnos en todo. Para un hotel 5 estrellas, deberían tener personal que hable español también.
