Princess Grand Jamaica Resort

The beach. Too rocky. Twisted my ankle.

The food was horrible! The guest one the hotel were rude, the beach chairs infront the pool the guest kept saying they were there yesterday so it’s their chair. What about the others who are new on the hotel and want to sit infront the pool? One even threw our stuff off the chair! The hotel was a little boring as well.

The facilities were great. The staff, especially Donnell, Ingrid and Jermaine were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay there fabulous

Check in was long and drawn out. They need to find a way to improve the length of time it takes

We loved the customer service and the Waterpark

There were a few staff that were not so nice and needed additional training, however Customer service was very good when any matter was reported

The staff, especially Donnell, Ingrid, Kadedra and Jermaine. They went above and beyond to our stay a pleasurable one. The amenities are excellent. My children had a fabulous time, 2nd year in a row.

Checkin was long

The property was immaculate. Everything was extremely clean and the layout was well planned. No matter where you stayed on site you were within a 5 to 7 minute walk of restaurants, and two minute walk from a pool. The swim up rooms were perfect for families and offered a break from the action when needed. The gym was one of the nicer ones I’ve ever seen in resort, and the spa was very high end.

The location puts you between 1.5 to 2.0 hours from the resort depending on cruise traffic. When you land, if you hire a driver, ask to take to high road to go around cruise traffic or else you can sit in a “parking lot” for quite some time. The drive to and from is truly the only negative about the experience which is out of their control, but is something you need to plan for with young kids.

Beautiful… clean … they had Oxtails in the buffet.
