My favorite part was definitely the swim-out suite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The worker were very kind and polite ❤️ the food was good

What I didn’t like about the property is that the carts need to pass by Block 8 more often, as we hardly saw them coming. Big up to the head butler he was excellent and very helpful. Also, I think there should be more entertainment around Block 8, as it felt quite quiet and lacking atmosphere at night.

I didn’t like the clothing rule which applied for dining in the main areas. The rules were a little inconsistent.

The kids club.

Waiting for approximately 45 minutes for an iron to be delivered to my room and missed the Mother's Day mother daughter model. The wait time to be seated at the buffett restaurant(Jamaican Market).
