It was my birthday, I was expecting even a small token like a glass of wine, cake a sash. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay

Never got the book because the agent was not trained or informed that deterred for the app bookings that I use was going to pay for my hotel class and when I got to the hotel, they told me I have to pay for the hotel cost, which was a misinformation I was supposed to pay an insurance fee, but they have given me misinformation so I did not get to stay
