"Not a great experience I’ve had way better"

The cleanliness

The staff wasn’t as friendly, hotel staff stole my shoes they were in lost and found after being left at the hotel desk check in and they said they would bring them to be but never did. If you stay in the OClub you will have to walk extremely far to everything. Don’t get sick here they will say they have a nurse but a nurse will never come, they will tell you it’s a $365 fee to be seen. No gift shops on site

Everything was very clean.

Staff could have been a little friendlier. Lots of miscommunication between staff members. One said this and the other said that. No consistency.

The grounds are beautiful

The food trucks only had nachos hamburgers and hot dogs everyday no jerk chicken chicken nuggets and other items that were listed on the menu
