Hotel 39 Jamaica

My first day of staying there the elevator button to the third floor broke and I had to take the steps we had a server. Her name was Georgia and she was unprofessional in every way possible I will never stay back at that facility again.

Staff was unprofessional and not helpful. Also this property was dirty and not maintained well. However location is good

I’ve stayed here 2 times now and both times were great. Geo, at the front desk went above and over for me today to get me checked in a little early!!

We had a great stay at Hotel 39. The service was great and the restaurant staff made us feel like we were right at home.

I liked the location. Room A/C was poor.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. There were two shower heads: one had black stuff coming out of it and the top water fall showerhead was broken. The staff tried their best to make up for it. The shower head was fixed right away. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people. i called 4 times and got them after 3 hours. The Alexander restaurant was very tasty! We had the free breakfast for 3 days and then ordered dinner on 5/23. The food was worth the wait! Georgette and Samantha were wonderful. Location on the Hip Strip was great! Easy walking to many places including Doctors Cave.

I highly recommend this to any family.

prepared. There were very thin sheets that were supposed to be used for blankets. When we asked for blankets, we got ones with holes in them. There was water in half of the corridor outside the rooms(like a huge puddle). Would not recommend this property to anyone.

On the hip strip. Perfect location. Clean and restaurant food is good and authentic.
