Hotel 39 Jamaica

This hotel is very nice the stay was great, the only takeaway is it says all inclusive however it is not. They only serve breakfast and that is it you had to pay for anything extra. Even fruit (Not Good) Also they are short on supplies which was disappointing due to having to wash with a towel because they ran out of cloths. (Also not good). The walk to Dr Cave beach was about 7 mins as stated and there is Harmony beach also a little further down the opposite direction both beautiful however; Dr Cave is much better.

Hotel was very nice and clean staff was very friendly and helpful and they make the best drinks there and they're reasonable they will go above and beyond to help you in any need I will highly recommend and they breakfast is awesome

The Hotel is beautiful but as a foreigner be careful of the Local shops they will hustle you

I really like the staff, from Reception Desk, to Dining to Housekeeping and others....Everyone I encountered was super polite and friendly. Would definitely go back!!

Stayed two nights without any house keeping been done

I recently spent five nights at this hotel, and while I loved its convenient location near the airport and Hip Strip, with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and the beach right across the street, my experience was mixed. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies, were exceptional. However, the restaurant staff's customer service was disappointing. Every morning, I felt like I was begging for attention, they’d ignore and stare without a greeting or even acknowledging my presence. As a Jamaican-born individual who's traveled extensively, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic customer service skills.Would I stay here again? Yes.I'd stay here again due to its Jamaican ownership,the location and complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. I know this is a fairly new hotel so I do hope to see improvements in the customer service.Some of those workers needs more training.A smile won’t hurt them.

The front desk staff was the highlight of my stay, they were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. I would for sure come back.
