The affordability, views & practicality ! Very close to everything central to ochi & negrill

The ac in the front room didn’t work but maintenance did come fix & blew perfectly. The beds were VERY uncomfortable you can feel springs . WiFi sucked. The unit under this One is also owned by the same one so I connected to that one& the WiFi was booming but it shouldn’t take all that.

"This is the worst experience I have ever had through using a Booking.com advertised property."

This was not to expectation as advertised. The location was good for the beach but the property itself was in very bad condition.

The property was badly damaged and we were not advised of this. The bridge to the property was closed off and dangerous. There was no pool, no parking, no staff, no cleaning of the property, no hot water and only one working air conditioning unit for the entire apartment. There were no cleaning products.

Only good point, opposite doctors cave

Property has not been maintained!requires painting throughout.Airconditioning to 1no bed room not working ( motor running but to no effect). En-suite shower control not attached to shower valve. Photos a a mid representation of property.

Der Ausblick auf das Meer

Das Haus ist ein Hochhaus, das in den Bilder nicht sichtbar ist… aus gutem Grund. Das Haus ist heruntergekommen, im Badezimmer tropfte Wasser von den Deckenplatten, Duscharmatur verkalkt, funktioniert nur eingeschränkt…. Das Apartment war ok, aber der Preis viel zu hoch.

My stay was impeccable, this was amazing. I read reviews about the property owner Karl that wasn’t too good but I went to stay at his property and although I didn’t meet him in person but He made sure my stay was Perfect. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. I’ll definitely be back to sympathy there again…
