Good view even its garden view

No AC. It was like a furnace. It was a nightmare. Had to wet towels to sleep because I was suffocate . We asked for help but there was no option and didn't want to reimburse

I like the overall setup of the apartment. The view was beautiful.

The shower area was not entirely enclosed, causing water to splash onto the floor. So I had to dry up each time it's used, didn't like that, the shower head needs to be changed also, because of that, the water flow was off.

We loved the proximity to everything.

The location!!! Its walking distance to the beach, food, nightlife, the airport ...an ideal location!!

Could use some upgrades, but for the price its definitely worth it.

A lady was there to hand over the keys and took us to the apartment. The view was great which was the only good thing about this place.

Two of the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the double room had old black sheets, seemingly used to conceal stains. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was because it advertised a washing machine — essential for our large family during a week-long stay — but it didn’t work at all. We lost a significant amount of time trying to get it fixed, with engineers coming and going, often watching sports on their phones instead of working. I eventually had to ask them to leave after two and a half hours, only to be told they needed to import a part, meaning it wouldn't be fixed during our stay. The pool was in a disgusting state — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The water was stagnant, with green buildup around the edges, and there was no visible circulation. The entire complex was poorly maintained, with paint peeling from walls and a general sense of neglect. To make matters worse, there were bags of garbage left in the hallways, attracting hundreds of maggots. I had to contact someone who lived on the top floor just to get it removed. The ceiling fans were completely ineffective, barely moving any air, and the air conditioning unit was leaking onto the balcony through a hose draining into a bucket. Out of the three elevators, only one was working — and even that broke down. We were stuck on the 10th floor for two days, which was a complete nightmare with kids. All in all, the experience was awful. The kids hated it, and so did we. I could go on, but suffice it to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The A/C didn't work because the staff said it had a water leak. The trip was the end of June, so it was blazing heat and worse humidity. The staff said there was nothing they could do...they are horribly rude by the way.

The place is infested by roaches I had to spray my stuff with insect spray before leaving because the roaches were very friendly and curious

The water from the shower wasn’t going down in the drain as fast as it should seems clogged
