Staff very friendly. WiFi quite fast. Bed very comfy. Good location.

Can be noisy as there are a number of nightclubs and bars nearby - the music can start before 6p.m. and go on untill the early hours of the morning.

"Dirty and disgusting"

The only good thing about this hotel was we only stayed one night.

The whole hotel was dirty and smelt. The carpets were filthy and don’t get me started on the disgusting shower. The only reason we stayed was we got in late and had arranged for a very early pickup next morning. Do not stay there…

"I had a good time at all the funky restaurants and bars on Bassac Lane."

Good location. Very handyto Bassac Lane. Hot water pressure was good.

When I walked down the stairs one day I was forced to walk through the kitchen on the first floor. They were mopping the floor and it was so slippery I almost couldn’t help but fall over. I wouldn’t risk ever walking down the stairs there ever again. Use the elevator even if it means waiting sometimes. My room didn’t have a window even though I thought I was going to get one. I may have misread the facilities when I booked the room but I usually check to make sure I get a window. It was so cool to see a pinball machine in Cambodia, but unfortunately it wasn’t operational.

The ladies that worked there were incredible! They did my dads laundry for him at no cost & they printed my e visa for Vietnam no issues. Provided free water !

The pool was a little bit green from the rain
