I like to stay in this hotel everything is good. Not disappointed at all because all the staf is Verry helpful and the room also is good. They did a great job for every guest. The location is good. Price also is very good for this hotel. I enjoyed the swimming pool, and their little gym. Everything perfect over all perfect stay I have in this Hotel. 100% recommended

Close to Bassac lane

The lobby area has a strong, unpleasant odor. The building looks as if it has been abandoned. The room is dusty, and both the shower and the door are damaged. The swimming pool is in extremely poor condition.

Постельное белье грязное. Чистоту ванная комната даже близко не видела. Душевая лейка была сломана.

The room was not advertised according to the booking.com website. The room had no natural light coming in which is contruary to my booking which clearly states that there is a city view. I raised the issue with reception and showed my printout and the response was it was the fault of booking.com. Howerer on the reception counter there was a laminated summary of the different room with pictures and all showed a window. I spend 3 days living like a mushroom with no window. The bar fridge didnt work and no-one came to fix it as promised and the bathroom kept flooding even after reducing the water flow. The room safe didnt work and I had to take their special key in order to keep my valuables safe. The reception area looks like a storeroom with shelving everywhere, so unprofessional. Not all the staff can speak English. I would like my money back.

Great location

Place was an absolute dump. Urine all over the toilet, cobwebs, ants everywhere bear the bed. Reception looks like a building site and the place is very poorly maintained. Dirtys pool area... wouldn't bother!

Davvero poco a noi, ma se ti piace il "casino" di Bassac Lane, potrebbe piacerti la posizione. La camera (bagno a parte) è passabile, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Avevo richiesto una camera con due letti spaziosa ma aveva un solo letto e la stanza era piccola, doveva essere ai piani alti ed invece era al terzo piano (sono 8 in tutto).

Pulizia del bagno orribile, la zona prospicente rumorosissima fino alle 2 di notte non si può dormire, il terrazzino sporchissimo, la doccia sporca e puzzava di muffa, tutta la struttura è fatiscente nel vero senso della parola. Climatizzatore sporco vedi foto...zone comuni meglio evitarle per via della sporcizia, piscina da dimenticare.

Absolutely Nothing !

We’re do I start ! So many problems ! It’s nothing like the site advertised by booking.com ! Shame on them for false advertising! Bathroom had mould all over ! Toilet seat was loose ! Paper Toilet holder broken ! Water dripping from one pipe and the hand washer was dripping all the time ! Shower was broken ! Sewer smell coming out of the bathroom ! Air conditioning was working and the flaps had cardboard to hold them open and fell ? Remote will not work always and batter back was open ? The whole room looked old and dirty! The outside hallway was dirty ! Lizard was running around ? Plastic bottles in the hall way ! The foyer was full of shelf’s the outside looked nothing like the pictures ! Clean the room only once ! In 4 days !
