La moqueta muy sucia. Y la habitacion pequeña.

Muy amable la host, la habitación cómoda y limpia y con algunas facilidades la ubicación bien pero toca caminar bastante o tomar taxi para llegar rápido a los lugares de interés

Our deluxe queen room was spacious and modern. The staff was helpful and attentive during our stay. The hotel is within a 30 min walk from the city centre. We had a quiet stay and the balcony was amazing.

There were a number of issues that reduced the quality of our stay. 1) the building itself needs a serious clean: the carpet on the hotel floor is extremely dirty, and the partially working lights don't give a good first impression. 2) whilst there is a a kitchen in the room, it's not really useable. There's not even a knife and a fork! 3) the wifi doesn't work at all.

View, balcony area, big windows, air conditioning, parking (once we knew where to go), big supermarket and local restaurant both close by. Bathroom was okay and hot water was perfect.

The apartments were not easy to find as it there was no sign, garage not easy to locate, other residents were noisy- we were next to the lift, and the carpet wasn’t clean.

L’emplacement était bien, proche du centre, il était facile de s’y rendre à pieds. Le logement était propre et calme.

Aucune connexion internet alors que c’était spécifié qu’il y en avait une. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller sans internet et c’était vraiment dérangeant.

That there was no WIFI. Absolutely unbelievable in this day and age. It affected my holiday terribly. It would never cross my mind that there would not be WIFI anymore. It's just a given. I couldn't believe it
