The warm welcome of Milena . Only the view and the veranda/ terrace and the closed parking in subfloor with elevator to your floor.

The building although seemed new built it was neglected , stains all over in corridors and a carpet seems unclean for ages . The room was small , the amenities poor, we didn’t even have toilet paper!! Only one small pilar for each one. Only one glass for wine ! there were stains on the walls probably from shoes . Outside in the Veranda was a huge external a/c for our and probably the next room so it was never shut off and made a lot of noise. It was Not what we saw at the pictures at booking.com. Thank god we stayed for one night. Actual price should not exceed 60 euros .

Das Zimmer ist für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Es ist klein und schmutzig, hat alles in allem einen Renovierungs bedürftigen Zustand. Die Lage ist echt eine Katastrophe es richt in der Gegend auf dem Weg zum Haus wie auf einer Müllhalde. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut das diese in der Nacht abgeschaltet werden muss und das unter dem Dach. Mit Sicherheit nie wieder ein absoluter Schrott, wäre es möglich gewesen wären wir sofort in eine andere Unterkunft. Nein wir sind nicht kleinlich und penibel das ist für mich das erste mal das ich so schlecht bewerten muss. Roof ohne Top und der Blick auf den Friedhof ist sinnbildlich für die Unterkunft.

Viajando en moto. La limpieza de la habitación y poder aparcar la moto parking.(+10€)

No hay carteles de donde es y tocó llamar para que salieran a buscarnos. Hay que pagar extra por meter la moto en un parking contra una pared ni siquiera en una plaza. Sinceramente no repetería o al menos por ese precio, me parece precios desorbitados.

Great location - clean room and exceptional view from the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Unfortunately the lighting on the corridor was broken when we were there, making it a bit harder to find the right room.
