Clean and lovely view. I just hope that the owner reads this because they should know that they have some dedicated and amazing workers. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating and it was so good to know that we were taken care of. Give that girl a raise ! 10/10

"Een totale misleiding en verouderde kamers"

Het uitzicht vanop het balkon was magnifiek.

Bij aankomst konden we het appartement niet vinden. Het adres op booking klopte niet. Via contact met de eigenaar konden we na lang rond rijden het verblijf vinden. Het appartement was bij aankomt helemaal niet schoon. Er zaten verschillende vlekken op de muur en het was totaal niet afgewerkt (zie foto’s). Daarnaast werkte de zonnewering op het balkon niet, die waren overal kapot. Wanneer we beklag deden aan de receptie kregen we ter compensatie gratis koffie. Wanneer we normaals aangaven dat het ligt in de badkamer niet werkte en we in het donker moesten douchen, ging de vrouw dat bespreken met haar manager. De vrouw verdween nadien voor het hele verblijf en we kregen nooit reactie op onze klacht. Kortom, het verblijf is een grote misleiding en zeker niet de moeite om te bezoeken. Het is heel ver van het strand en het personeel is absoluut niet beschikbaar. Het appartement was totaal niet afgewerkt.
