Красивый просторный номер

Наш отдых испортила горничная, которая с самого утра с недовольной физиономией подавала завтрак. И потом вломилась в номер в 11:03 с ором что время выезжать, я попросил 30 минут так как у меня был видеозвонок по работе и эта дама на повышенных тонах начала мне говорить что у нее заселение после нас, получается ей не достаточно 4 часа для уборки. Это было просто отвратительно, я бы не рекомендовал никому остановиться в этих апартаментах, там где с вами разговаривают так будто я живу бесплатно и в ее собственном доме и она делает мне одолжение

"We had an amazing stay, even though it was only for 1 night!"

The terrace was incredible, and the breakfast was amazing! Since we stayed in the Aria Suite with our own terrace, we were offered to have our lovely breakfast out there. Such a luxury! Riccardo was very kind and helpful and prepared my surprise for my sister :)

All was good.

L’emplacement est idéal et surtout le cadre est magnifique, dans cette demeure patricienne magnifiquement restaurée ! L’accueil et le personnel sont aussi remarquables.

L’accès depuis le parking n’est pas très évident et nécessite de voyager assez léger mais c’est la contrepartie propre à chaque site protégé ((ZTL) afin de profiter d’un hébergement au centre de Montepulciano.

Riccardo è un padrone di casa eccezionale, siamo rimasti affascinati dal racconto della storia della sua famiglia e della dimora seicentesca. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Colazione con prodotti di qualità locali. Staff all'altezza.
