Tutto. Posizione fuori dal centro ma comunque vicina e raggiungibile velocemente a piedi o con mezzi (in ogni caso vicinissima al castello di Buda, alla Cittadella e ad altre attrazioni). Zona tranquilla, in mezzo al verde. B&B moderno, tenuto molto bene e davvero pulito. La vasca da bagno ha dato un tocco in più. Molto utile il fatto di poter fare il check-in in autonomia e poter lasciare le valigie negli appositi armadietti all’esterno, sia prima che dopo il check-in.

Unica miglioria che mi sentirei di consigliare sono proprio gli armadietti esterni, alcuni non funzionavano a dovere. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/10 recommended) Our experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived just after midnight and had not received the gate code as promised. After multiple unanswered calls, we finally reached the night porter. When we opened the door to the room we were assigned (Room 4), we found another couple sleeping inside, which was extremely shocking and a serious breach of security and privacy. We were then moved to Room 3, where the television did not work (a missing component), a hanger was broken, and the window let in loud traffic and noise from the garden. We slept only a few hours. While the night porter was polite and apologetic, the issues continued. We requested a packed breakfast for an early departure, and the property later claimed it had been prepared — but we were never informed when or where to pick it up, so we left with nothing. This lack of communication added to an already negative experience. The property agreed to a 50% refund, which we appreciate, but overall the stay involved multiple failures that should not occur at any accommodation. In summary: Beautiful location, but very poor management, communication issues, and serious operational mistakes. I hope the property improves, but I would not stay again based on this experience.
