The room was clean.

The staff is unresponsive. They have self check-in, but it is unfunctional. They told me the key card will be in a box. But the key card was not there. Two people were already waiting there when I came, because their key card was not working - they have called the host so I don't know how long it took them to come. When a person came to open the door, they had let me into my room and told me there is some technical issue with the programme for the key card and will arrange it in 10min. As an understanding person, I told them it is no problem and that I just need it to be fixed until the next they, but they assured me everything will be done in that afternoon. Well, I left them two messages later on in the same day - via booking messages and WhatsApp but no response. The next day I left them multiple messages again and called more than 5 times, but no one answered, no one called back. At 14.00 o' clock someone finally picked up the phone, saying the key card actually waited for me in the box already, but he "doesn't know why no one informed me". Also, their breakfast starts at 8.00, so if you are on a business trip it will not be convenient for you. I actually went few minutes earlier and waited before the doors of the restaurant, because I was in a hurry. The bartender opened the door few minutes to 8 and said they are not ready yet. I told her I understand and I will without a problem wait a few more min till 8.00. She told me all frustrated that even then, they won't be ready. I offered to take the "take away version" if that helps, but while she roled with her eyes she told me to sit at the table at the door... The room itself was nice and clean, but the communication and attitude of the staff was horrible, from 1 to 10, I would give them - 1. I am on a business trip two times per month and I have never ever had such an inconvenient experience with the service in any hotel in Budapest.

Self check in process, the hotel is close to the city center -20-25 min by walking distance or 10 min by bus.

Que nunca se comunicó conmigo x wasap la anfitriona ya que mí Mail estaba con problemas . Hay basurero abierto al lado de la entrada .. cuando llegamos al atardecer daba la impresión de muy sucio . Las escaleras muy pronunciadas para subir la materia creí importa te dejar claro que si hay que subir una gran escalera para llegar a la habitación

I didn’t see the last minute email stating there would be no reception person to give us our room until the next day. I also was unaware until we arrived that we would have to carry all of our luggage up the very steep stairs
